KS 475: 2001
This Kenya Standard specifies the safety related performance requirements for domestic pressure cookers, for use with external heat sources, capable of maintaining working steam pressure not exceeding 1.4 bar and having a total internal volume not exceeding 10 litres. The standard does not include any requirements with respect to the cooking performance of a pressure cooker.
